Two service levels

Active U.S. operations

A monthly service for companies with employees, regular transactions, or reporting to a parent company. It covers bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, federal and state returns, Form 5472, and monthly or quarterly reports in English or Chinese, as applicable and within the agreed scope.

Annual compliance

For entities with little activity, such as a holding LLC. It covers the applicable annual federal filing (for example, Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 for a foreign-owned single-member LLC), state annual requirements, and a year-end review.

Entity classification, ownership, reportable transactions, and business activity determine the filings needed. Not every entity needs every listed filing or a monthly service.

Scope and pricing

We scope each engagement by the number of entities, transaction volume, states, payroll, how often the parent needs reports, and expected advisory time. Catching up prior years is quoted separately.

Also available

Company formation and registered agent service, as the start of an ongoing relationship or as a standalone service with a clearly defined scope.

How we work

  1. Tell us about your situation. Start with a free 30-minute introductory consultation about your needs and timing.
  2. Agree on the scope. We explain the proposed work, information needed, and fees before the engagement begins.
  3. Move forward with a clear plan. We organize the agreed work, responsibilities, and next steps for ongoing support.

Detailed tax analysis, document review, and prior-year work are scoped separately where needed.

If a filing was missed

We review the facts, records, and any IRS correspondence before explaining the routes that may be available. Prior-year work has its own scope. We offer a clear process to bring your filings current; no penalty outcome can be guaranteed.
